Yes. Voylix is GDS-agnostic — we handle any ticket PDF: Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport/Galileo, or direct airline confirmations. The AI detects the format automatically.

Does Voylix support §25 UStG margin taxation for travel agencies?

Yes. Voylix correctly calculates margin taxation and reports it separately in the UStVA. §19 Kleinunternehmer and USt 19% are natively supported as well.

How fast does a PDF become an invoice?

Can I send invoices to customers directly via WhatsApp?

Yes. Voylix sends invoices via WhatsApp Business with a PDF link to the customer's number — GDPR-compliant, with recorded consent. Especially useful for Turkish-speaking customers.

How does splitting an invoice across multiple travellers work?

Through the "Zuweisen" (Assign) feature. One invoice for 3 travellers — split the 1050 € ticket between travellers 1+2 (525 € each), assign the 25 € visa fee only to traveller 3. One invoice, clean per-traveller statement. Ideal for corporate and group bookings.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany only. GDPR-compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest. On cancellation you get 30 days to export all data.

How much does Voylix cost?
